History of the Sky is the Limit Festival
The festival was established in 1998 because of amalgamation. The Kingston Chief of Police Bill Closs wanted an event that would draw the three new communities in Kingston together.
The goal was to have a community event that also raised funds for a few local charities.

Help us raise funds for people with physical disabilities, through Ontario.
For over 57 years, March of Dimes’ programs and services have helped people with physical disabilities explore new directions, gain more independence, define their own lives and reach their full potential.
The Youth Diversion Program, for more than 34 years, has been dedicated to helping at risk youth in the Kingston area to make positive changes in their lives.
