The Sky is the Limit Festival - Down 'n' Dirty Challenge
It’s that time again! Are you ready to Get Down ‘N’ Dirty? Gather 8 to 10 of your closest friends and co-workers and meet at the Down ’N’ Dirty Corporate Challenge to steal the trophy away from CFB Kingston.
Get Limber, Get Active, Get Ready for the challenge! This year, The Sky is the Limit Festival is hosting the Sixth Annual Down ‘N’ Dirty Challenge on the evening of Thursday July 3, 2008 at the Royal Military College Fields. The Reigning Champions, CFB Kingston will be there… will you?
We are looking for 24 enthusiastic teams to come out and have a great time while raising funds for two very deserving organizations. All proceeds from the Sky’s the Limit Festival will be shared by Ontario March of Dimes and the Youth Diversion Program. This year’s program is focused on Team Building and getting good and dirty. We will be hosting a cash BBQ, so bring the family out for a quick bite and some great laughs. We will guarantee our spectators an evening of the cheapest entertainment in town. Participants should feel free to bring the whole family, as there will be great laughs for all!
Each team requires 8 - 10 people (18 years of age and up). All teams are judged on the basis of skill, agility and sportsmanship. This year, each team will be participating in a maximum of 10 mini challenges, designed for many levels of skills. Each team will choose a team colour, for identification. You decide how you want to dress, but remember you will get wet and dirty.
Some of the events are:
1. Feather Pillow Fight
2. Water Balloon Volleyball
3. Wheelbarrow Balloon Race
We would love to see your team participate in these events. The event should prove to be a great team building, morale boosting challenge, as well as just plain fun! Entry fee for the Get Down N’ Dirty Challenge is $300.00 per team, which will include a free BBQ Dinner for each member of your team.
Should you find that you are unable to place a team in the competition; the opportunity exists to become the sponsor of a team that we will put together for you.
